This is my decked out chandelier in the dining room. I stuck some gold beaded string, red bows and mini green christmas ornaments to the chandelier and Boom! It's all Christmas-y! You know that scene in Elf where Buddy decks out his father's apartment with snowflakes and a wooden rocking horse, well that's me with my house. So this is just a small taste of the big picture.
I have taken a break from decorating my house for my Christmas dinner and decided to visit my boyfriend in Philadelphia, which only takes two hours by bus from the City. Today is the last day so going to head over to Love park, try a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and go to some museums, etc. Eh. I've come across a horrible allergic reaction to none other than pork. Yepp, I've been allergic to pork for some time now but have managed to escape eating bacon and ham with mild hives... this time I was not so lucky. What a bummmmmmmmmmmmer. My skin sucks! And Benadryl is consistently knocking me out from experiencing Philly. Here's to hoping that by Friday my reaction will be non-existent and I can continue on with my party :)
